Access Ethically. Engage Intentionally.

Before accessing this video content, we ask that you take a moment to reflect on what it means to engage with our work in good faith.

The resources you’re about to view are the intellectual property of Group Project Initiatives. They represent countless hours of labour, lived experience, and rigorous thinking grounded in justice, equity, and systems change. This work isn’t generic “content”—it’s a strategic tool, crafted with care to support transformation across sectors, communities, and institutions.

We’re naming this directly because the work of women of colour is often extra visible, extra impactful, and yet routinely undervalued, extracted from, or co-opted without consent or credit. Too often, our intellectual labour is treated as communal property, our ideas lifted without context, and our methodologies repackaged by institutions that would never hire us to lead the work from within. Which is why we’re taking the time to directly and kindly name that and ask that you engage with care.

What you’re about to access is a reflection of our brilliance, rigour, and care—shared not for replication, but to support right-fit collaborations with those who understand the value of what we bring into the room.

If you’re here because you’re considering working with us: welcome. This is your invitation to witness what we do—and why it works — and show you why you should work with us.
