Our team consists of skilled Queer, Trans, BIPOC Gen Z & Millennials. We are creatives, videographers, producers, and trauma-informed strategists who take the art of storytelling seriously.
We help brands tap into the power of community with consciousness and care.
We know that captivating stories engage audiences, evoke emotions, and leave a lasting impression, but this cannot be at the expense of the storytellers, who are often from marginalized communities.

Over the last 2 years, we have hosted multiple productions using a trauma-informed lens that supports experts, community leaders, and people with lived experiences to tap into their authentic voices and share their stories while being honoured, respected, and held by our community.
Our production sets are closed to members of the QTBIPOC community, and all staff are prepped, trained, and focused on building a safer space for individuals to share.
To date, we are proud of our ability to recruit a diverse community of leaders and experts for our productions:

We also bring in mental health support and trauma informed advisors depending on the topics we choose to unpack and the supports talent after sharing their stories.

Creative direction for campaigns is shared by an intentionally selected joint leadership team for each project to ensure a diversity of perspectives, and lived/learned experiences are considered in our decision making.
We then take the lead on defining key narratives and themes, recruiting the best facilitators and contributors, and preparing talent before production day.
We offer opportunities for all guests to participate in post-production to ensure they feel comfortable with how we’ve captured their stories.
